Questions
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Pingle has no recurring payments: you pay for each period yourself, in crypto or by bank card. Monthly covers one month; yearly is one payment for 12 months, 20% less than twelve monthly ones. When a period ends, pay for the next to keep going. On either term the traffic allowance is monthly.
Can I try Pingle for free?
Yes. While your account has no active plan, it gets 200 MB of traffic free every day, shared by all your devices; it resets at 00:00 UTC and does not carry over. Beyond that, traffic costs $0.20 per GB from your prepaid balance (the minimum top-up is $5.00, by card or crypto). With the balance empty, traffic pauses until 00:00 UTC or your next top-up. Once you buy a plan, its allowance applies.
What counts as traffic?
Data that goes through the VPN, across all your devices combined. Services that automatic routing opens directly, outside the VPN, don't use your plan's traffic.
What happens when my traffic runs out?
Lite, Standard and Pro only. Family has unlimited traffic; Extra Usage does not apply. With Extra Usage off, the VPN pauses until your monthly traffic resets or you move to a plan with more traffic. With it on, the VPN keeps working and traffic beyond your plan costs $0.20 per GB.
Can I change plans?
Yes, in your account. If your traffic has run out, moving to a bigger plan lifts the pause straight away.
How is Extra Usage billed?
Lite, Standard and Pro only. Family has unlimited traffic; Extra Usage does not apply. It stays off until you turn it on. While it's on, each GB beyond your plan's traffic costs $0.20; traffic within the plan is already covered by its price.
Can the whole family use it?
Yes. Family provides unlimited traffic for you and your household, across all your devices. Reselling access is prohibited.
