## What it is


Pingle Marketplace is where VPN access, digital goods and technical services change hands, on a website and as a Telegram Mini App. The sellers are VPN operators, developers and network specialists.

What matters is how the money moves. Payment does not go straight to the seller: it waits in **escrow**, a smart contract, until the buyer confirms delivery or the confirmation period ends. The seller sees the money is there before starting work; the buyer can open a dispute until the period ends.

## How a deal works


1. **Order.** The buyer chooses an offer.
2. **Escrow deposit.** The buyer pays; the funds are locked.
3. **Delivery.** The seller delivers the product or service.
4. **Confirmation.** The buyer checks the result.
5. **Release.** The funds reach the seller.

**Read the offer as a contract:** what, in what form, by when. Ask your questions before you pay.

## What the protection covers


Escrow answers one question: who holds the money while the work is done. Nobody goes first on trust: the seller never works for nothing, the buyer never pays blind.

It cannot judge quality for you. That is what confirmation is for: check the result before release. **Once you confirm — or the confirmation period ends without a dispute — the payment goes to the seller.**

Deals are paid in **GRAM or USDT**: the same payment works for a buyer and a seller in different countries and banks, and either side can check the escrow contract's state.
