# For expats

Moved abroad? Home banks and government portals often refuse a foreign address. Pingle's Moscow location gives Russian services a Russian one.

## Living in two countries

Moving abroad does not end your life at home: the bank account, the tax office, the government portal, the phone number, the subscriptions, the family you order deliveries for.

The trouble starts with the address. A service does not see you, only an IP address, and decides your country by it. Many national services admit only their own: from abroad you get an error, an endless captcha, an extra check or a polite "not available in your region". And your new country may restrict the internet in its own way.

## How Pingle helps

Pingle connects you to a location in your home country, and your home services see **a local address**: the bank opens, the portal lets you sign in, the shop shows your city.

The rest of the internet stays open too, even if your new country has restrictions of its own. One app handles both: home services through a home address, blocked sites through the tunnel, no toggling.

## Everyday use

The uses are ordinary, and that is the point:

- paying bills and taxes, and managing accounts at a home bank;
- signing in to government services and signing documents;
- ordering deliveries to relatives back home;
- watching and reading the media they grew up with.

Remember that some services also check your phone number, documents or card; a VPN does not solve that, nor does it affect a service's rules for customers abroad.
