# Pingle SDK

Tools for building Pingle's tunnel into your own product. In development and not released; join the waitlist.

## What it is

The Pingle SDK is a set of tools for building a VPN into your own product: an app, a router firmware, a device. Instead of writing a tunnel, routing and platform integration from scratch, you take the parts Pingle's own client is made of.

## What it is built on

- **A Rust core** — the same one the Pingle apps are built on.
- **Plugins in WebAssembly.** Routing, two-way isolation and other features are modules, each in a sealed sandbox that cannot break the core or reach anyone else's data.
- **The platform's own tunnel.** On every system the SDK raises the tunnel the way that system expects.

## Platforms

The platforms follow the Pingle client, grouped by how each one raises the tunnel:

Which of these the first release covers is not settled yet.

## Status

A public, documented, versioned SDK does not exist yet, so you cannot build a product on it today. There is no release date, and we will not name one we cannot keep.
